Caribbean Beach Wedding Locations
on Beautiful St. John US Virgin Islands
 |
Trunk Bay (North Shore) is by far the most popular beach for sunset wedding ceremonies.
Considered one of the top beaches in the world, Trunk Bay is truly beautiful all day, but especially at sunset. More ceremonies happen on Trunk Bay than any other location on St. John.
There is a shallow 200 yard underwater snorkeling trail clearly marked with plaques identifying corals and fish. Novices will find this a great way to break into the sport of snorkeling. Facilities include washrooms, fresh water showers, changing areas, telephones, picnic pavilions, snack bar, snorkeling equipment rental and the presence of lifeguards.
Trunk Bay charges $4 per person to enter the beach from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily.

Cinnamon Bay Beach and Campground: (North Shore) Cinnamon Bay, at about 1 mile is the National Park's longest beach. This mile long, white sandy beach offers views of other islands and plenty of shade.
This great beach offers snorkeling, swimming, volleyball and more. A watersports concession stand rents windsurfing equipment, kayaks and mountain bikes. There is good snorkeling around Cinnamon Bay Cay, a short swim from shore. The clear waters will tempt you to spend your time swimming and snorkeling, while the palm trees will call you to spread your beach blanket in the shade and relax.
There is no charge to enter onto Cinnamon Bay Beach. Please note you will have to park in the Visitor's parking lot and walk for a while to find a private spot for a wedding ceremony on this beach.
